Cons
Some downsides include: entrenched senior management that acts at best indifferently towards employees who are entrusted with the lion's share of the work load, and with neglect towards their employee's path of advancement, promotions, and over all neglect of review of job performance and accomplishments; And, at worst engages in petty back channel rumor mongering and other forms of schoolyard behaviour. It must be noted that a strong sense of nepotism is at work here that exacerbates an already toxic environment and has contributed to a high turnover rate.
