Mandatory overtime most of the time Working in elements, 100 degree days and snow No air conditioning if you’re a driver (other machines have it, although, it doesn’t always work) Machines are run down and have many faults due to their constant use... there aren’t many you would consider good to use. And a lot of them are outright unsafe with brakes that barely work and other various issues. The maintenance tries their best to fix what that can but a machine with 20k hours on it isn’t going to function well. Management is okay, but power trips on the strangest things. Unless you’re completely useless you won’t catch any flack. They work 36 hours while most are doing 56 plus hours.
