Firstly, I want to thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience at PASS APP. As the CEO, I appreciate and value every piece of feedback, positive or negative, as it helps us understand the areas where we can improve.
I'm genuinely sorry to hear about the concerns you've raised, and I would like to apologize if your experience didn't meet your expectations. It's great to know that you found our team members friendly and our working hours flexible – these are core values that we strive to maintain across the board.
Regarding the issue of delayed salaries, I understand how this can cause inconvenience, and I apologize sincerely for any stress this might have caused. We are continuously working on streamlining our financial processes to ensure that such delays are minimized in the future.
As for the perception of my role as CEO, I regret if my actions or communications have caused discomfort or misunderstanding. I firmly believe in continuous learning, and I am always open to feedback that can help me improve. I assure you that my intention has always been to encourage a culture of open communication and continuous growth.
Concerning the issue of rewards and compensations, it's disheartening to hear that you felt your hard work and extra hours were not recognized. We aim to create an environment where every team member feels valued for their contributions. I acknowledge the importance of setting clear expectations about benefits and rewards, and we are working on revising our policies to be more transparent and fair.
Your advice about needing a new CEO indicates a deep dissatisfaction with the current leadership, and for that, I apologize. As the CEO, my main goal is to guide the team to success, and it's clear that in your experience, I have fallen short. I take this feedback very seriously and will reflect on it and use it as a catalyst for change.
