Pros
I really love being able to work from home! It makes having time for my other hobbies and even school much easier in my opinion! I also love my co-workers, they are more like a family than an office (even a virtual one)! There are so many opportunities for advancement and raises, I have never worked anywhere where I felt so valued as an employee!
Cons
Sometimes the call volume can get a little rough sometimes and this can make the day feel very long. This usually only really happens when we have too many people call out!
