Pros
I wish I could recommend PAWS as a place to work, but I couldn't knowingly send someone in to such a toxic culture. The only pros are the animals and the staff doing all the work that truly care about them.
Cons
Absurdly high turnover, insultingly low pay, overworked and under appreciated staff which leads to quick burnout. Senior leadership does everything they can to stifle staff development. I've never worked in a more demoralizing place than this one.
