Pros
Well run, not-for-profit exchange program where management really cares about their employees and the kids we work with. I feel good about what I spend so much time doing every day! I can't imagine working anywhere else. Lots of opportunity for advancement in recent years - a number of good employees have been promoted into higher roles in the organization.
Cons
We work with teenagers and host families, and that can mean navigating some tough issues - cultural differences, teenage behaviors, mental health crises, etc.
