      Pros

      The company's growth year on year is just exceptional, providing opportunities for the employees to grow as well. Great benefits. And my favourite part is that all input and feedback is valued, and nothing is set in stone - the company is willing to adjust and implement new ideas raised by employees. The team dynamics are great - social functions are just the best.

      Cons

      If there were any concerning cons, I wouldn't have been working here for 12+ years

      Pros

      Great team with supportive colleagues and good collaboration across projects. The work is interesting and technically engaging, with opportunities to learn new things and take on responsibility. There is also a lot of space for professional growth and career advancement if you are proactive.

      Cons

      The work can be stressful at times, especially when dealing with tight deadlines. Even small changes can introduce unexpected bugs, which requires extra caution and thorough Black box testing
