Pros
They are an established business that has some good working relationships within the investment services industry. Considering that area, the staff is relatively capable and seems to try hard.
Cons
The owner is seems to have shifted his focus from running a company well to figuring out how to become and industry icon. All of the managers just seem to be trying to figure out which direction the company is headed on any given day. Employees are micromanaged and act like it. Middle managers mostly seem to be looking for ways to penalize employees.
