Pros
Without a doubt I made really good friends here. Having said that, I don't give credit to management for the friends I made here. As you read other comments you will notice people saying the same and this should be a red flag where friends is about as good this place gets. The pay is a little above average but that pay comes with a hefty price. They offer good benefits but the 401k is a joke.
Cons
The office is new bright and shiny but don't be deceived. They work you like a slave. They expect you to work overtime and come in on the weekends without pay. When you tell them you can't come in on the weekend cause you have a life and they get disappointed in you. Thats why they prefer to hire young fresh off school cause they don't have kids or major responsibilities to take care off. They will value clients above you. Clients request something for next week? You will have something for them tomorrow. No questions asked, just obey. If you're working on multiple projects, there's no management of hours to input on each of them so I don't know how they're billing the clients. When clients come in to the office, they put random people at different conference tables to pretend they're working on something, make the office look busy, very fake and very counter productive. If you're looking for a well managed company, do not waste your time here cause you will not grow. If you do come, get ready to be pigeon-holed. Majority of partners here not even licensed.Ready to leave soon.
