Very high turnover rate (I don't know how the company claims to be growing, we are in the same office for the last 2 years, we hire, we let go and then we hire again we let go again.) Client is god, we promise the impossible and therefore work through the night sometimes.) NO work- life balance (I missed my daughter's recital and my son's graduation, due to lack of communication with the upper management and the constant promises to the client, I was unable to communicate my concerns.) Don't expect promotions, Favoritism is rampant and people are considered heroic the longer they are in the offices.
