Pros
I didn't work there long but for awhile it was a good place. My manager was fair and knew her stuff but her boss was pretty clueless.
Cons
The last few months I was there a bunch of people were getting fired for no reason. Management has lost it I think. Probs because it grew too fast. Too many offices up north now. The VP of Personal, the CFO, the VP of HR all gone in a matter of months I heard. My friends there are sure its because they are selling. Everyone is afraid for there jobs.
