This organization has a trust commitment, which is always support your work and allow you to work from any where and any time, as long as you commit on your task and well inform on your availability. Each staff counted as a member which mean you can raise any motion on the annual assembly.
Cons
Some management system still operate as a private block in some divisions, which take more time and effort when we need to cooperated across division or region. Staff position follow the global procedure, however, the workload are not balance with each region, as well as the salary range. Some region has low salary standard, but used to contribute more effort to other work from other region. When you assign for fieldwork, there is no incentive and no annual bonus. SO You'll lean on your monthly salary. Even though this organization used conduct survey for monitor staff concern globally, when it comes 1on1 concern or comment/input raised from staff in the region used to be ignored and no followed up.
