      Budget constraints at times Some departments operated in silos, which slowed cross-team execution Would benefit from stronger internal collaboration Hire more talent to support the initiatives. This would help with burnout.

      Pros

      The people you work with are fantastic. The work itself is wonderful to gain experience, add some serious cred to your resume. The events are cool.

      Cons

      Very minimal room to grow unless you are on a very clear path to grow within the org. Pay is not great, but PBR is a fantastic stepping stone.
