-Amazing work/Life Balance -Remote- do everything in your jammies! -Company provides daily communication that encourages new ideas and innovative ways to approach a task -Opportunity for growth professionally and personally -All leaders have so much trust in their team! -NO micromanaging -Get to work with a team that is caring, collaborative and passionate about each and everyone of our guest/clients -Company events that bring us all closer personally and professionally -Truly feel like management cares about their team on ALL levels -Encouraged to ask questions- think out of the box! -Amazing company culture- NOT toxic I honestly can't wait to go to work in the morning- I pinch myself everyday and count myself so lucky to be part of this team! I have worked retail for 10 years and never thought a company would ever be capable of being caring, supportive and encouraging like PC Housing is. I can never stop gloating about my manager, Robert Outlaw to all my old colleagues! If I had a manager like Rob starting out in the work force I wouldn't have to work through unlearning so many toxic and manipulative behaviors that are considered the "norm" for a lot of managers in larger companies. Absolutely heaven sent to be "managed" (which doesn't even fit for what Rob does everyday- he really is there working besides you hand in hand!) by Rob and all management at PC Housing. 10/10 would recommend ANYONE to work at PC Housing :)
Cons
No company is perfect- there are days when I am stressed, burnt out and overall overwhelmed. But at the end of the day management does all they can to mediate, support, and alleviate stress for their team and encourage you to speak up when feelings of stress arise. I would also love more structure in pay increases with yearly reviews- and this is widely known through management and are aware of getting this worked out in the near future. BUT overall that's it! PC Housing is truly and utterly an amazing place to be for 40+ hours a week :)
