      Good peers but nothing elese

      Cons

      PC Network is a very political environment. Management will set unrealistic deliverables and time frames, and then pass the blame when objectives are not met. Concerns passed back to management regarding such matter are unheeded. Above all else, words of valuing employees do not match reality. Extensive long work hours to meet promised deliverables are the norm.

      Pros

      Great coworkers. But beyond that, nothing positive about working here.

      Cons

      Disrespectful management. Incompetent leadership. Insufficient development of tools and proceedures for what they claim they are experts in. Push unrealistic timelines and expect extreme overtime (80 to 100 hours per week).
