The owner enjoys nothing more than filling the air with empty promises. He over-promises to customers leaving his employees to scramble to cover for him and he over-promises to his employees about various improvements he plans to make and never follows through. On more than 5 occasions in a single year, he failed to complete payroll on time due to various excuses. The expectations and "company standards" are often amended without any warning. The contradictory nature in which management runs this business leaves employees frustrated and confused.
