Pros
Only Ok for those, who don't have any job. There are no pros other than this.
Cons
1. The company gives a lot of workloads, also asks to complete a lot of tasks every day, and then only goes home. 2. There is no holiday concept even on the 26th January and 15th August (it is a compulsory holiday for all sectors). 3. While interviewing they will say there are these are the 'xyz' facilities but after joining they will not give any facilities and services. 4. Compulsory minimum of 9 Hrs have to stay in the office maximum time your manager will decide. if not followed then the salary will deduct. 5. If we take any leave even sick leave or casual leave then also our salary they will deduct of those days. 6. Mostly all managers and employees play politics in the office. 7. Work culture is very difficult in the office. 8. Some time has to stay in the office from 9 am to 10 pm, even though management will not care about you.
