      Pros

      Large, stable organization in acquisition mode. Most people are enjoyable to work with. Compensation package is fair.

      Cons

      Policies and spoken philosophy are topical. Dig deeper to find a very bureaucratic organization with all decisions driven by senior management that has lost sight of the forest for the trees. Consistent hypocritical action has led to a culture of apathy.

      I am at a lost to think of one

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
