      Pay is good. A lot of over time. Ability to move up in the company. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Having to work a shift you don't like. They don't really give you days off so it's easy to point out and get fired. Starting pay.

      I am at a lost to think of one

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
