      The plant I took over was in Minneapolis and had been neglected for too many years there was a lot of opportunity to shine

      Cons

      Too many corporate managers would come to the plant and demand things be done their way which was all different from each other

      I am at a lost to think of one

      Cons

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
