Salary and benefits are above industry standards due to 24/7/365 access to employee "requirements". Vacations are to be taken; however if called you have less than 24 hours to get back to whatever deemed emergency needed you physically on site. High turnover in all positions that are below the VP level. Remaining staff is doing the jobs off all unfilled positions. Cost cutting, personnel layoffs, postponing customer payments are driven by Wall Street commitments at quarter end reporting to hit numbers. Executive integrity does not exist. The emperor is never told he is wrong which also transfers to the Senior VP's and business units.
