Pros
Great people to work with and overall company culture is great! There are locations all over the United States, so moving isn't a big deal if that's a concern.
Cons
Each location or plant is its own independent business. There will be certain locations that are better than others. The commission is on the low end and will actually be getting lower by the end of 2021.
