      New equipment, fantastic employees on the floor

      Cons

      Management terrible and unable to plan ahead. Older equipment not maintained, long hours with no appreciation or respect. Treated like a junior supervisor even with 15 years of industry experience

      I am at a lost to think of one

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
