      Hi, its always a shame when someone doesn't give us the opportunity to discuss their issues, or feel they can let us know in person if they have any concerns. If you have anything of value you wish to discuss please do get in touch, if you have worked for us for three years then you will know we have a very open door policy and always welcome the chance to put things right.

      Since I started PCAS 3 years ago, I have always been offered the support necessary to build on and improve my career, even at a young age when I first started. I have always felt supported, listened to and appreciated. The exceptional positive work and changes that have come about in the last year, are truly something to be recognised, and I am proud to be a member of the PCAS team.
