      Non really bad management that thinks thay can do what ever thay want with staff

      A lot of cons, the mentality is management is trhe kings and Queens adn staff will just do as thay are told

      Pros

      Financially Stable. Great Boss. Stress less day to day activity. Don't hold you accountable if anything goes wrong. Decent quality control. Have given above average Individual authority and trusts your decisions.

      Cons

      Working feels like one man army. If anything goes down you don't have anyone to look up to fix that. Need some fixation with commercial terms and a person who can better control suppliers.

      Pros

      Great team spirit which flows from the top down. Warm and inspiring attitude to doing the right thing. Management and staff are very supportive and generous with their time.
