Pros

I have been working with company for a few years, I like the culture, diverse atmosphere, fast fast paced, great people in the staff and faculty. The company is very fair. The owner is very honest and very direct, which some lazy people who want it easy can find him to be rude.

Cons

It is a small organization, however very stable. This is how look at it. People who don't want to take accountability for their actions just want a laid back job where no one asks you what you are doing. I ask those people who say they lasted at PCCTI 3 years or more, why three years if the company is so bad, because you couldn't find a job anywhere??????

Pros

Pay, pay, pay You realize how happy you were before and/after you worked here

Cons

Students are not here to learn they are here to pay for you to give them a degree. You will not feel supported in your professional development. You will be criticized unfairly and students are allowed to complain and abuse you. The students run the show and no formal processes are in place for evaluations or grievances. It’s a small school and have already changed their name three times due to multiple complaints. You will spend hours developing lesson plans and clinicals but at the end of the day the students just want to pass and are vicious and will do and say anything to get their way. There is high turnover here for both students and faculty alike. The management is smart and has put in place multiple study tools for students to use and will not pass them till they reach a certain level on their ATI assessments, however do they possess 1 iota of critical thinking skills, absolutely not, and employers recognize the low caliber of students that are churned out. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
