Pros
Small and very horizontal. It was very easy to communicate with the partners/directors. Everyone is friendly. Associates were good but one was not very good at creating a good working relationship. Taught me when I needed help and were always available for questions.
Cons
They were very strict on peripheral matters such as no music or headphones allowed out or on while working. There was not much weight placed on making sure things were done today and not tomorrow.
