Everyone is allowed to suggest ideas to improve systems and processes. 4. Everyone is provided with the right mentors and people around them to help them grow in the company. 5. As an entry-level employee, you have a certain level of freedom to choose your role within the various roles within the company.

      Cons

      1. The pay is NOT competitive for entry-level employees and associates (1 to 3 years experience). 2. Permanent work-from-home policy. As less experienced employees, you need the office environment to build great bonds with colleagues and collaborate on projects effectively.
