Pros

Yes, The workload can be frustrating at times, they are busy and it can be fast paced. It's easy to forget, but growing pains are a good thing. If you do you work, you will be fine. renovations and improvements are ongoing . Coworkers were amazing, You WILL NOT find a better group of people. The best part of a small company is that when times get tough, they will rally around you like family. I know this firsthand. (My son was diagnosed with cancer and subsequently passed away during my employment) everyone from the Owner to the janitor were supportive, caring and amazing. You do not find this level of caring and compassion in larger companies.

Cons

workload can be overwhelming. Warehouse workers are isolated from everyone else.
