No work from home. Long hours and everyone works in the office unless special circumstances. Low base pay. They market their “total compensation package” but their share option is minimal if you’re not a PM or supervisor. Which is why admin, accountants, HR and IT turnover rate is very high. Poor management. Almost all executive roles are caucasian male with maybe one female. No career growth for admin roles. They just want to hire entry level staff with minimal pay.
