      Great reputation Wide variety of projects Strong safety culture

      Cons

      Overtime is an expectation but is not compensated for. The company brags about the employee share program but this only brings salaries to an average point as the longer employees work here the more underpaid they are. The expected overtime (12 hour days and weekends) is not at all compensated for.

I would recommend that you reach out to your HRPD manager to discuss the overtime policy in place. We conduct annual research to make sure everyone is compensated fairly, and base salaries are in line with regional market rates. Your HRPD team is also available to have a conversation regarding your compensation package overall.

      Work life balance was good. Some coworkers were good

      Cons

      Management position definitely play favorites, pay for amount of work lacks and ESOP is not good.
