      Pros

      - Open door policies, you can connect with anyone on any topic. - Ability to participate and buy into the company. - Opportunity to work on interesting projects all over North America and beyond. - People you get to work alongside are in many cases, awesome.

      Cons

      In my opinion there are not downsides. The construction business can be tough, and you have to actively work to find balance, but when you get to work alongside the people of PCL - the choices you make to advance yourself and YOUR business are easy.

      Good pay Great benefits Stock buy in Lots of training

      Cons

      Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
