      Pros

      It has a great company culture. The employee ownership model is extremely profitable, especially for employees with +6 years of collecting shares. There is opportunity to move locations (PCL is across North America), and it is often encouraged in slow times. This helps with career growth.

      Cons

      Downside is the potential for out-of-town work. PCL goes to the work and many large projects are outside of city limits. This is typical of most large contractors.

      Good pay Great benefits Stock buy in Lots of training

      Cons

      Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
