      Pros

      I have a really communicative and understanding team as well as a very experienced manager. Everyone here is talented and the health benefits are great. My manager is gives me freedom and flexibility to be autonomous and trusts me to get my work done. I feel confident and accomplished here. You even get 3 weeks vacation when you start which is better than a lot of US companies.

      Cons

      The fact that the office is not hybrid or remote for non-construction based jobs does mean that they will lose out on some top tier talent. However, my manager has been great about trusting me to have a flexible work schedule.

      Good pay Great benefits Stock buy in Lots of training

      Cons

      Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
