      Pros

      Incredible team that works together to achieve goals. Always given the time of day for questions and mentorship. District HSE Manager TJ Izykowski is a very personable leader who gave me the tools and resources for success. Great overall district leadership that takes the time to get to know you on a personal level. I had a wonderful experience with lots of career growth from an employee owned organization.

      Cons

      Willingness to travel is often needed based on project availability in this role. However, this is not always the case. Need to be able to manage your work life balance, but understand that some projects will be a bit more demanding than others.

      Good pay Great benefits Stock buy in Lots of training

      Cons

      Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
