      Great team environment like family, employee owned lots of perks with a good salary & 401k.

      Cons

      You have to put in the time, long days into evenings. It gets so busy it makes it impossible to plan a vacation.

      Cons

      Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
