If you believe in Recruiting based on relationships and you have the inner drive to build your own market this is the perfect place for you.

Pros

Working from anywhere, being a relatively mobile company working on lots of different timezones from a team level - we get a lot done in a short amount of time. The team collaboration across the different business models is what really interested me initially. Great team morale, we truly are a team - work together to get the job done.
