Slightly flexible work timings. Training opportunities provided. Good place for people looking to coast.

Effort you have to put in is not the least justifiable for the salary. There's no clear segregation between roles/scope anymore after the reorg. Within projects and teams, progression looks bleak. Management is not moving out and there's a noticeable lack of productivity for some teams with idle personnel. There are superiors with constant misjudgements and decisions that cause unnecessary misceptions within their own team.
