Pros
I was made to feel like I belonged and had and instant group of people to go out to lunch with from day one. PCS gives me purpose. I really enjoy being held accountable and being responsible for the success of our customers at what I consider still a developmental part of my career. The team is given clear and challenging, yet obtainable goals and KPI's. I feel they are reasonable. I may not always achieve 100%, but I know the goals are realistic and have data behind them, not just randomly chosen numbers.
Cons
This is a job where you have to hold yourself accountable. Excuses do not get you far and if you mess up, you have to own it, because the facts will come out sooner rather than later. PCS is truly a team working together to accomplish and end goal, which is to take care of our customers and provide a stable work environment. If you only think about yourself, you will not succeed. Communication is key to success at PCS and learning to be proactive and take ownership is essential. PCS is a small, but mighty company. If you are looking to hide in the layers of a big corporation and always try to play the blame game, it will not work at PCS. Things move fast at PCS. If you are not comfortable with change, then this is not the company for you.
