No downside because is a place to learn and train. Thankful for it

They made it sound like there was room for advancement and learning. They said they would have your back. There are a few solid employees but other than that the help desk has no challenge and like the leach review, it is completely true. Don't expect to stay more than 90 days.

They did none of the above. The leach review says it all. They will tell you one thing then lie to unemployment just so they don't have to pay.
