This is hard ...very few pros

Claim to work for the US government except everyone who works there is from over seas. Leadership is awful. When you try to share how a process can be done better you then get judged by that and will soon lose your job. Zero compassion for employees, expected to work even when a hurricane is coming through. Don't try to improve anything, you'll get yelled at. If you follow instructions, you get yelled at. It's a no win situation. Stay clear from this place if you want to feel valued.

Getting paid, 3 weeks of PTO

Expect to work long hours. The boss didn’t like it when anyone left before 6. Everyone that works here hates it and they have very high turnover rate. 5 out of 12 people left within 4 months. Expect to work weekends at least 2 or 3 times a month because the company is always behind.
