Cons
Make sure you negotiate your salary well, as hard work here is not necessarily rewarded with an appropriate remuneration and bonus package. Ensure your commission structure is set in stone before work commencement, otherwise no doubt disappointment shall follow. This is of course, if you prefer a financial reward for your efforts, rather than pats on the back and big cheeky grins.
