Pros
the people they hire work closely and are good at what they do. hard workers and creative thinkers.
Cons
- The owners make decisions on a whim. - They have probably illegally let go of people, I'm surprised they haven't been sued yet. - They change commission structures by the day, depending on how close you are to them. - Owners are not listeners. - They have a set of values that they want employees to work at like "caring", "respect", "thinking like an owner"...blah blah blah - but it's only valid for employees; owners are not covered and God knows how much disrespect and bullying they have done to their staff. - They do not foster a culture of creativity. - Micromanage staff - Owners talk down to staff in a very condescending manner, almost degrading, in front of other staff members too. very disturbing to say the least.
