No long term goals or vision. Short term is driven wholly by investors. Very little running room in assets, Colorado asset under constant threat politically to be shut down, West Texas asset in mediocre to poor acreage with very little economic inventory. It’s hard to say what the Senior Management Team does other than promising the world to investors, but be sure the company will not be able to meet Wall Street’s expectations. Compensation is below market average, very stingy on vacation time, this is because senior HR personnel are located in West Virginia where the economy is dead, no understanding of Denver economy and comparable compensation. My personal advice is to stay clear of this company, unless you are just looking for a short term job.
