Pros
The partners of the firm have strong direction and elevating the company forward.
Strong set of employees.
You'll be exposed to a wide array of technologies. Great place to start a career.
Highly recommend applying here, although it was not for me. I was definitely on the "weaker" end of developers.
Cons
You'll either fit into the company "culture" or not. But either way, you'll learn a great deal amount to progress you forward into your career. Because the firm is small, and employees are spread across different clients, connecting with your fellow employees may be a bit difficult. Everyone seems to love the 12 hour work day, which is great for a consulting firm, but may not be the lifestyle for everyone. There also tends to be a sense of "superiority" among the earlier employees... which was one of the biggest drawbacks.
In my opinion, unless you're truly passionate about the work PDG does, it'll be difficult for you to get into the momentum. Personally, my own career goals just didn't align with the company's mission but regardless, no matter how messy the structure is, it's a great to work.
