Pros
The people who do the work there tend to be mission driven, fun, and intelligent. The building location is excellent.
Cons
Incompetent project, program, and personnel managers. Employees often are treated poorly and taken advantage of in terms of work hours, pay, and benefits. Newer employees have poor pay and vacation packages compared to other similar businesses. There is an enormous amount of instability and turnover. There are ~2 employees per manager. This company is unbelievably top heavy. Due to enormous turnover work tends to be dumped on the lower level employees while the senior managers work 3 days a week. Laid off employees are treated less than human, it's not unusual for them to be escorted out by security and denied benefits. Despite several years of losing money, executives and managers are compensated very well in terms of vacation and pay.
