The company as a whole is awesome. They are very involved with the community. Great Pay and Benefits.

Cons

If you are looking at PECO for a new position, avoid the call center at all costs. Although, they pay much more than the average CSR position. You will never be happy there. The job is so stressful that multiple reps are out on leave and being treated for mental health issues. The billing system does not work and no one knows how to fix it. You are literally on the phone with angry customers, back to back, whose accounts are messed up and you have no explanation to give them. Leadership does not recognize the best performers. Your fate there depends on if you get the right supervisor. Finally, because it’s so stressful, everyone is focused on leaving the call center and you have to compete to get out of the center.
