Pros
The pay, the vacation, stock options and 401k matching are all fantastic! Friendly co workers, clean & safe environment when you go into the office. Lots of opportunities to be recognized and earn rewards. Opportunities to move up are also there, but less plentiful.
Cons
Forced overtime , storm duty. Micromanagement. And then there’s the “favorites”. The favorites get to move up and on regularly. The attendance policies are draconian.
