Pros
The compensation & Benefits is the best thing about working for PECO. I especially love the yearly bonuses. Also, because PECO is a subsidiary of Exelon Utilities, you have the ability to not only move within the company, but you can apply for positions at the other sister companies as well, (i.e. BGE, ComEd, Delmarva) and still remain in the network.
Cons
Definitely the downside is there's minimal upward mobility. And because nepotism is prevalent at PECO, it makes it extremely hard to advance in your career.
