      Pros

      The only pro here is that it is a small team.

      Cons

      Having worked in numerous big and small companies in a variety of roles, I can truly say this is the worst place I have ever worked. Micromanaging at its finest, combined with mercurial mood swings and controlling behaviour. Be very very careful working for this company, the director believes he owns your life. Mostly working for small companies is a positive experience, not in this case! A very small business with a very big ego, and nothing to show for it. Procrastination and control will leave you frustrated and feel like you are wasting your time.

      Pros

      It is a small company, which I really enjoyed and it appealed to me. The business owner (to whom I was responsible) is enthusiastic and very flexible when I needed to change my routine around my family. I have worked for myself and at a variety of businesses large and small. This role was one I enjoyed very much and only a house move prompted me to leave. The office is a lovely environment, with a great space to focus when the main area becomes too much. Training and opportunities to develop skills very worthwhile. There is a good EAP package available.

      Cons

      Parking can be a challenge near the office but this is a wider issue with the area.
